Outfit Feedback
$75.00
Description
The outfit feedback section is a client favorite in my written style report. Here is a standalone feedback package for 10 full outfits or 15 items.
What I Offer:
At the heart of my outfit feedback service is a deep understanding of the elements that make up a harmonious ensemble. I provide a comprehensive assessment of both full outfits and individual pieces, offering you invaluable insights into your style choices. I also give suggestions on substitutions or alternate looks/items that would better harmonize with your silhouette. Here’s what I cover:
1. Fit: I analyze how well your outfit fits your silhouette, ensuring that it enhances your dominant physical aspects and natural proportions. In other words, I will tell you if your outfit is obscuring your silhouette or supporting your silhouette.
2. Color: I’ll discuss the color qualities in your outfit and how to better harness and select more strategic colors and overall themes for a more cohesive look. Please note that I will not be specifically color typing in this package. (You can find my color service here).
3. Rhythm & Harmony: I evaluate the flow and balance of your outfit as it interacts with your silhouette and it’s natural contours and proportions.
4. Texture: Texture plays a significant role in fashion. I guide you on incorporating textures that add depth and interest to your look while creating a sense of cohesion.
5. Alternate Suggestions: I’ll offer ideas on more fitting pieces or outfit formulas with links to visual examples.
Outfit Photo Requirements:
Please compile photos of you wearing your 10 full outfits (tops, bottoms, shoes, optional outerwear and accessories) or 15 items for feedback. Don’t worry about hair or makeup. Please refrain from mirror photos.
If you can compile your photos and videos into a single album or folder and send me a view only link to the entire album, that would work the best.
To receive the most accurate and insightful feedback, please follow these photo guidelines:
1. No Angled or Highly Posed Photos: Please take straight-on photos that accurately represent your outfit from the front (and back if you’d also like specific feedback on how it fits from behind).
2. Photo Framing: Photos should be taken from around your belly button to chest height, capturing your entire outfit. Please try to avoid taking photos from below the bellybutton or above the chest as that skews the perspective. Please do not use 0.5x lenses or any lengthening lenses.
3. Video in Selfie Mode: For the most detail, I recommend taking a short video on selfie mode of you slowly moving in your outfit. You can walk towards the camera, turn, and walk away or move as you naturally do. This just gives me more insight.
Tips for Self Photography:
If you are taking photos by yourself, I recommend using your phone on selfie mode and taking a video while moving very slowly. Take a screenshot of your final pose (straight posture, feet hip’s width apart, arms at side, shoulders down and back).
Please e-mail me at thealignedlover@gmail.com with your album link before purchase.
Thank you!
